CFC Rewards Program
Customers must sign-up for rewards separately, even if they have a current account. CFC Rewards points accumulation begin after date of sign up to the CFC Rewards program. All orders over $30.00 apply. No previous purchases before sign up will qualify for rewarding of points.
Chavez for Charity strives to make our customers as happy as possible, but understands that customers may wish to make a return if they are not completely satisfied. We offer store credits or product exchanges, within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for any returned merchandise, which must be unworn with tags attached. Special orders, which include custom length pieces or design changes, cannot be returned for exchanges or credits. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any items on our website, exchanges can be made for any products on the website as well.
Occasionally, a bracelet may snag or tear with wear, and Chavez for Charity would be happy to repair your bracelet for you. Some beads or stones may not be available for repair, however we will do our best to re-string and re-charm with similar findings.

Sales & Discounts
Sales & Discounts Policy
All merchandise that is on sale, temporarily discounted or part of a promotion are final sale. Sales and discounts cannot be combined with any other offerings, and cannot be exchanged for merchandise or credit.
If you have purchased an item at full retail value within 24 hours prior to the item being reduced in price, you may contact our office to request a store credit for the difference.
Shipping and Delivery Date
Shipping and delivery estimate options will be provided based on destination address during checkout. Generally, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 3-5 during holidays. (Custom charming orders may take up to a week to process during holidays)
Chavez for Charity will not assume responsibility for duties and taxes on international orders. Shipping times vary depending on destination. International priority is generally 6-10 business days. International first class can take up to several weeks.
